17.2.3. Amica AI and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

18.2.2. Mediation shall be facilitated by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The mediation process shall be conducted in accordance with PDRCI's rules and procedures, and the mediation sessions shall take place in the National Capital Region, Republic of the Philippines.

18.3. Formal Arbitration:

18.3.1. If the dispute or claim remains unresolved after thirty (30) days of mediation or if both parties mutual agree not to participate in mediation, you and Amica AI agree to submit the dispute or claim to binding arbitration.

18.3.2. Arbitration shall be conducted by PDRCI in accordance with its arbitration rules, and arbitration shall only take place in the jurisdiction of the National Capital Region, Republic of the Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.

18.3.3. Referral to Formal Arbitration shall be deemed a condition precedent to filing any claim before a court of competent jurisdiction.

18.4. No Class Actions:

18.4.1. You and Amica AI agree that any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms of Service or Haven's services shall be brought solely on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.

18.4.2. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
